Bristol Univeristy Head 2008
The club took 150 members from seniors to novices. For the novices this was their first outing and for the mens 4+ their first victory! The other boats performed well with placing in the top 5 across the board. The 1st VIII gave Bristol a fright finishing a close 3rd behind their Alumni and 1st VIII despite colliding with the bridge due to some dodgy steering from Cox Alex Cadby.

The day was a resounding success with all members gaining some valuable racing experience early on in the season. The seniors dashed off at the end of the day to Dorney Lake for more racing at Marlow Fours and Pairs.
