The EUBC committee is selected by the members at our AGM held in Summer term, nominations are made and followed by elections, each position has responsibilities and a duty of care dictated by our charter and the ARA (water safety officers). The newly elected committee work with the previous committee until after Henley Royal Regatta when they take over the official duties that come with running the club.
